    • I used to board and helped hubby to learn. Not like he needed it though. He was whizzing down the slopes the first day whereas it took me ages to get confident that I wasn’t going to kill myself. I had skiied since I was old enough to walk before that, but my skill was never past intermediate. Same with boarding. I think I’m too old now. ;D Well, it’s more like crashing hurts too much. I think I’ll have to stick with snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. Do you have some good hills nearby??

      • Ha-ha. Never too old! I always found cross-country skiing so frustrating.

I live in Toronto, so I have Blue Mountain close by, but prefer venturing to Mt. Tremblant in Quebec.

Don’t worry, only approximately 6 months of winter left. (Just kidding. More like 5.)

        • Oh, I know what you mean! XCS is a lot harder than it looks. It’s incredible how much effort can go in to moving *nowhere*. 😀

I’ve heard a lot about Tremblant but never been. I think they get a lot of snow??

So true! And then it’s construction season, right?!

    • Thank you! And what a 2015 you’re going to have! Despite being tired and exhausted and mopping up spilled milk or water or broken plates for the third time in one day, I would not trade this for my life before baby. I’m so excited for your coming changes!

    • Ha ha ha! That sounds like a great plan. I assume you’re talking Poland, right? Isn’t it always sunny and warm in Cali?? 😀 I’m half-teasing. My sister has been to California a few times and complained how shockingly cold it was. Maybe this was the winter??
